About Quinn

Quinn Noll was born in Brooklyn, NY, the second of three children. Raised a ‘Jersey girl’ in a small town in Roxbury, NJ., her childhood was a glorious one filled with tree climbing and kickball and big dreams. Following a less-than-stellar career as a high-school student, she met and married her husband of 40 years, Mark, and settled down in Warren County, NJ. A stay-at-home mom, Quinn held onto her sense of self (and her sanity) by penning poems for friends and family.

Many years and five children later, she found herself inundated in school activities, chubby arms wrapped tightly around her legs, and diapers. But still, she dreamed. Despite life’s curveballs, or perhaps because of them, she resumed her education and obtained a degree in nursing. And, although her family and her patients were the center of her world, she continued to feel the pull of something more.

There is a certain satisfaction in chasing dreams and pursuing passions. To Quinn, whose gravestone will undoubtedly read, ‘The best way to get me to do something is to tell me I can’t,’ (or ‘Damn, I’m dead!)—her biggest dream was to write a book. And so, she did. ‘The Apostle’s Fury’, Quinn’s first book, takes the reader on a journey through the world of ghosts, the supernatural, and the terrifying fabric of a demented mind. 

Quinn now makes her home on Virginia’s beautiful Eastern shore with her husband and a shiny black lab named Beauregard. Her latest novel, “Rosemear,” follows her debut series, ‘The Shadow Sisters Trilogy.”

Currently, she is enjoying family time and working on her next novel, tentatively titled ‘His Soul to Take.’
